now for somthing important. many clubs that are very good, usually the members create another name for themselves to be used on the website, rather than their DA name.

so, PLEASE TELL ME IF YOU ARE GOING TO USE ANOTHER NAME! i myself have chosen Vaun2501.
everyone will have their own profile page and a link to their DA Profile.

other than that, the Monthly Overdoser is up. Links and Members page has been made and will be updated soon. News and Habitations is finished. it's coming along much better and faster than i expected. which is great

i'll be making the page for Omnimotion now, it'll be up and running tonight. so check it out then.

Allright. i have gotten all the pieces from everyone which will be in omnimotion. theres quite a bit! all of it looks great, including those who really tried to make it seems like it's moving. great job everyone, we all have improved sooo much since we started. lets keep it that way

anyway, i'll be making the VOD DA account aswell. and i'll make a journal to it once i do. i mite keep the current Avatar, prolly will make another one heh. we'll see

also, gonna need a new ID. so maybe few people can get together and make a really nice one.

Also, i'll be conifiguring the Habitation page and the members page and links page all tonight ( ugh LOL. ) if i cant finish it all then i'll prolly release Omnimotion maybe tuesday or so.

also, i want us to use the forum more. it's lonely , it'll be changed a bit like the banner and maybe the style of it. plus i'll advertise us so people will go to the forum more, hopfully.

it's nice that we could get this Habitation out before the normal end of the month release date. shows you guys worked hard and i like that, and it sure payed off. everything looks great!

Ok. i just downloaded a layout from a website. nice layouts, techy and abstract feel and its simple. i've done links to the home page, forum, and habitations. so yeah , check it out all

i asked the person who created the layout if they could make a custom one for us and im waiting for an e-mail back. hopfully he/she will do it for us

Also, my main HD has taken some dammage from a ransomware program named Virusburst. and 4 some reason, that HD cant access the net. it ahs all my programs for art and such and games and everything. the other hd i have which im on now, has internet access and is fine. but theres no games and no photoshop or cinema 4d. and theres hardly any memory to hold those programs. so im going to see if this problem if fixable, and if not, i'll be ordering my 250 GB HD early, hehe.

so Aziroth will be main admin until my problem is fixed. i'll do doing alot of art so i'll be on my other HD about all the time. and will online switch to this one to upload works online and website stuff.

and i wanna know, do you guys want me to make a VOD-Vertigo Overdose DA account? or just use Tabris-Designs. uzz it's a bit odd to have website be VOD and DA be tabris heh. but i want your guys word on it.

ok so i finally made a render with a kool concept for the first group collab ( collab between around 5 members of the club )

these ppl i would like to have them be the ones todo certain things in photoshop which is a skill they r good at.

Azy will do the most of ps work, dont do any tech stuff. just awesum brushings and maybe some lighting.

i'd like you liam to give it a bit of a spacey look. maybe ad a nice planet in there and like a glare from a sun or sumthing. mite be hard with the kind of render i'm providing but try your best!

angmorx i'd like you to add some techyness to it and just sex it up with j00r skills lol.

after it's done i'll check it and maybe add some ps work myself, prolly just some filter sexage

i'll be submitting the render after this journal, so Azyroth will start it off. when ever you finish your stuff, save it as the .psd and post it on your DA page, and then tell the next person who is going to add stuff to it to download it.

Well i've been thinking lately about or new name and how i can apply it to make us unique. i noticed from the art group Bohemica, that they call their artists "Bohemicans". i've seen similiar traits in other clubs. so i thought it over and i think the general name for members would be either:

Overdoser, V Overdoser, Vertigo Overdoser ( dont like that 1 as much cuzz it's quite long )

and when we have our weekly/monthly artists, it would simly be " weekly/monthly Overdoser "

i think it sounds good, gives us a certain unique'ness and feel that other people who look at us can reflect on. and btw, none of this has to do with drugs, so dont get that idea lol.

anyway...

every few weeks i'll be submitting collabs and pieces from members that really stand out. other than just submitting tons of pieces memebrs have done, like i've been doing. i'll choose a WP i think is awesum, and make it the wallpaper on the DA page. and i'll submit collabs between members and just pieces that are really nice/different style.

also, i think it would be a kool idea to make a ID for like each month or season. like have a winter looking ID and have that up all winter, then change it to a spring ID for all of spring. just a little somthing thats fun todo.

i also have seen clubs/groups use a different word then "pack" for a club project. many ppl use exhibiton and other ones, tho exhibition is quite popular. so, i havent thought of one, we should come up with our own name for "pack" that we use. somthing that retains to the club name or to our style would fit perfectly.

i also want todo a large scale collab for each month, regardless if it's for a "pack" , or not. those who can do renders will all make one and we will pick the one we like the best. or/and, each render artist will create a render with very similair colors and texture ( maybe like the same material on different renders ) and then we have multiple PS artists ( like azy and liam-jones for instance ) will work together to add details to it and put it together. it'll start at the beginning-middle of each month and will end at the end of the month.

i'm rendering a render now and i'm gonna get some members to do certain PS works on it. this'll be the first one, and i'll have other ppl who can do renders work with me on the next one.

so, think of a kool name for our "packs" that retains to our new club name and/or our style.

in the meen-time, get some inspiration from this artists website and use the lniks he ahs to visit other artists websites to get some ideas on types of styles you could maybe adapt too, or maybe try some stuff you see that they have done.
